The wines of the Castle are the result of the climate, the soil, of the grapes selection and of the people passion. Altogether these elements are absolutely essential to obtain a complete and balanced maturation of the fruits. Thanks to the right exposition of the vineyards the wines can express their ample aromas, the elegance along with the structure and the power.
All the main viticultural operations – pruning, typing-up, selected leaves removal, bunch thinning, are carried out by hand. Harvesting is also totally made by hand, at different times for each variety of grape, so to ensure maximum ripeness in the grapes that are brought to the cellar.
