Selected grapes of Chardonnay and Vermentino are fermented in order to ensure and enhance its unmistakable fresh and aromatic bouquet. During the following springtime the wine is ready for bottling.

Description :
The system of vinification gives to this wine a peculiar personality : the result is a good-bodied wine, with gentle and fine primary aromas.
SProducer’s Advices :
It’s delicious as an aperitif and with any kind of food. Better serve at 10-12°.
