Harvest : In the end of September.
Production Technique :
Selected grapes of Sangiovese are fermented in stainsteel vats with controlled temperature. A maturation of 18 months in big oaks and a further maturation in bottles give to this red wine a rare balanced smoothness.
Bottling : 18 months after the vintage.
Description :
The Terredisotto has a good structure and intense aromas’ complexity; fine spicy flavours with good intensity of primary fruit; very appealing smoothness blended harmoniously with an elegant and typical acidity of Sangiovese grape.
Producer’s Advices :
Perfect with roasted meats and matured cheese. Open one hour before and serve at a temperature of 18°.
Production : 5000 bottles.
